Retrofitting Delhi's older housing stock
Most South Delhi work is replacement rather than new build, which means openings are rarely square and often have stone or marble sills that must survive the job. We template every opening individually and finish the reveal ourselves rather than leaving it to a mason.
Air quality and noise
Delhi's winter air quality makes a genuinely sealed window a health decision, not a comfort one. A compression-sealed casement with EPDM gaskets stops the fine particulate that a sliding window lets straight through, and pairs well with an indoor air purifier.
