By using this website you agree to these terms. Content, images, product descriptions and the Delight Windows name and logo are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Product information

Product descriptions, dimensions, colours and technical figures are provided in good faith and may be revised as our systems develop. Colours reproduced on a screen are indicative only; please confirm against a physical sample before ordering.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the measurements available when issued. Final quantities and prices are confirmed after site measurement. An order is confirmed once the advance payment is received and the drawings are approved in writing.

Delivery and installation

Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on site readiness, access and factors outside our control. Site conditions must permit safe installation; where civil work is incomplete, revised dates will be agreed.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Cancellation

Because every unit is manufactured to your measurements, orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started. Cancellation before that point is subject to a deduction for design and procurement work already carried out.

Warranty

Products carry the warranty set out in our Warranty Policy. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or failure to carry out routine maintenance.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the supplied product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
