1,800 sq ft of slim aluminium glazing with reflective double glazing on a full west elevation.
A four-floor office fit-out where the west elevation was making the workstations behind it unusable after 2pm. We replaced the single-glazed aluminium with a thermally broken system carrying reflective-coated double glazed units.
Post-installation the facilities team recorded a 4°C drop in the zone temperature at 3pm and cut the floor's cooling load noticeably.
